For listings with showings even with buyer’s agents, sellers should properly secure (e.g., offsite, inaccessible, vault/safe/ locked) all weapons, valuables, identity information, pilfer-ables, medicines/drugs, dangerous/offensive items, personal items, sentimental items, proper surveillance/alarms/security).
