This is the link to the LLR SC Disclosure of Real Estate Brokerage Relationships form aka SCR110 aka SCDOREBR generally required to be properly provided to any consumers when in substantive contact regarding real estate issues.

For risk management reasons, properly hand these out often when communicating with consumers about real estate.

Carry and handout paper copies, email the link, text the link, zipForm Mobile the SCR110 and explain you/brokerage role.

Alternatively, avoid discussing real estate in certain situations. Perhaps say "I’d love to talk real estate with you at this social event, but I’m "off the clock" right now. I’d love to schedule a future date/time appointment with you at my office or on Zoom to discuss your real estate needs."
