Your brokerage attorney can draft the compensation agreement between the BIC and the associated licensee…and the BIC and the associated team members. This is so individually tailored that no standard form can be written without being mostly blank lines that ideally the attorneys fill in for the parties.

The hotline often gets calls when a licensee is moving brokerages and departing their former brokerage and former team. Often the departure disputes (e.g., compensation, compensation split changes, referral fees, upfront fees, pendings, client wants to move with the licensee, client is in a legal agreement with the brokerage, solicitation, pendings, leads, listings, access to files, debts, accounts receivables, equipment, information, credit, photography/videography/copyright) have nothing in writing, so your your attorneys might also address this individually tailored situation.
