Listing agents will always respond in writing to the buyer side after the buyer side’s offer is received in one of the following ways:

1. Accepting the offer in writing and properly forming an enforceable agreement. The buyer knows the seller saw their offer.
or
2. Counter-offering in writing, the buyer’s offer. The buyer knows the seller saw their offer.
or
3. Delivering in writing, the LLR offer rejection form SCR314. The buyer knows the seller saw their offer

The listing agent NEVER sends no writing after a buyer-side offer is received. The buyer would not know if the seller saw their offer.
