2022 Real Estate Renewals will open on May 2, 2022.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 2022 RENEWALS: Salespersons, Brokers/BIC’s and Property Managers/PMIC’s renewing as "Active" or reactivating after 2022 renewal will be required to have a fingerprint based background check.
Instructions were emailed to all licensees with a June 30, 2022 expiration date. If you did not receive the email, please contact us at Contact.REC identifying your license number, name and requesting the renewal fingerprinting instructions.

If you are unable to be fingerprinted prior to the June 30, 2022, renewal deadline, please review the information below.
Q: What if I need to renew as active but cannot get a fingerprint appointment prior to my expiration date?
A:The renewal questionnaire will ask if you have been fingerprinted. If you have not, select "NO". It will then ask if you would like to be placed on inactive status. If you need to remain active, select "NO" again. You then will be allowed to proceed with your renewal; however, please be sure to get your fingerprint clearance done as soon as possible. The final compliance audit will be done at the close of renewals. Licensees may renew with late fees through December 31, 2022. If not in compliance with the fingerprint clearance at the end of renewals, your license may be placed on inactive status until you are able to get a background check clearance. Please retain proof of registration for fingerprinting and your TCN number from IdentoGO.
