Risk management: always an attorney delivers true HOA and CCR documents. REALTORS® should not gather/deliver these legal documents even if received a copy at a closing the previous day because these legal documents can be updated quickly at ROD.
Buyers need to be recommended to buyer’s legal counsel asap unless timely/properly terminating under SCR310 due diligence.
