Registration is relatively easy and relatively inexpensive.
Once you register a DMCA agent for your website and then if someone properly tells the DMCA registered agent to remove or take down their copyrighted materials from your website then you can properly comply without getting sued.
Copyrighted materials can include photos, videos, plans, drawings, reports, or descriptions of real estate.
