This NAR mediation class will fill up asap, so apply asap if you are interested.
If you have taken SCR mediation training or NAR mediation training or SC Bar mediation training in the past and are interested in becoming a SCR mediator and or SCR ombudsman (ethics mediation) then contact SCR asap to complete the SCR mediator application asap.
To stay on the SCR mediator and SCR ombudsman (ethics mediation) lists, you must apply each year with your mediation statistics and your mediation information (e.g. contact info, rates, travel) and you must complete annual professional standards training (e.g. NAR, SCR, local, online) so you are able to handle the "next worst alternative to settlement" negotiations for REALTOR® ethics complaints at SCR and REALTOR® arbitration complaints (e.g. brokerage v. brokerage commission disputes, procuring cause commission disputes, MLS offered cooperative compensation disputes).
