A one time use free paper hardcopy of SCR Residential Contract (SCR310) and Lease (SCR410) [version 2019] is available during business hours (9 am to 5 pm EST M-F) upon request at the front desk of the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® (3780 Fernandina Road; Columbia SC 29210). Other one time use free paper hardcopies of SCR forms can be printed upon request at the front desk of the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® (3780 Fernandina Road; Columbia SC 29210) depending on staff availability and alternative tasking during business hours (9 am to 5 pm EST M-F). SCR offices may be closed due to holidays, weather, or staff work outside the office (e.g. annual conference, statehouse conference). SCR generally releases updates to the SCR forms in early January of each year and other times during critical updates.
