SCR ethics instructor – Austin Smallwood and SCR ethics instructor in training – Tiara Pitts are providing Zoom 2.5 hours ethics training around SC during the 2021. Some Zooms are this week! Check with your local association or with SCR.
SCR will hold an online Fair Housing Conference on Fair Housing Ethics Article 10 and other NAR professional standards information on April 13, 2021 from 9 am to noon. Registration details to follow. Currently, this event is planned to qualify for 2.5 hours of ethics training. Save the date!
If you miss these Zoom classes, NAR has online training. Some free. Some pay but CE. Some providers also have this 2.5 ethics hours training too.

All SCR mediators and SCR committee members for professional standards and grievance committee should complete 2.5 ethics hours ANNUALLY.
Other REALTORS® must take 2.5 ethics hours Triennially. Deadline currently December 31, 2021.
Don’t procrastinate until New Years Eve. Last deadline, the huge numbers procrastinators crashed the NAR servers running the NAR ethics course online.
