Always "cool off" before pressing SEND this email or POST this to social media. You cannot be ethics charged for things that you don’t say or don’t post. Before saying/sending, consider your words for content and intent and how your words may be interpreted or even misinterpreted by others.
If debating, debate the issues. Do not attack the person.

Treat people with respect.
You are running a business so respect all potential real estate consumers. You do not want a Google search to reveal a fair housing violation against you when your potential customer is considering paying for your services. NAR ranks the risks of fair housing problems as a greater brokerage risk that COVID.
REALTORS® are committed to raising professionalism and fair housing. This ethics change applies to both of these issues.
Harassing/Hate Speech can be summarized as follows:
inappropriate verbal/nonverbal, conduct, display, action, gesture, threatening, intimidating, hostile, insult, offend, disparaging, abusive, etc.
