The South Carolina Association of REALTORS® offers many opportunities for those interested in continuing education and professional development opportunities. Members have access to a multitude of educational programs, along with more conventional training and designations.

REALTORS Education Foundation:

The REALTORS® Education Foundation may provide scholarships and grants to promote quality real estate education and charitable programs that will raise the bar of professionalism in the real estate industry.

LeadershipSCR:

The LeadershipSCR Program attempts to identify emerging REALTOR® leaders in the state, encourage them with motivational activities, and assist in sharpening their leadership skills in the hope they will demonstrate a strong positive influence on the future of the REALTOR® organization.

SCR Webinar Series:

Getting the latest news to you, is our top priority. When laws change, you need to know. So, last year, SCR

introduced webinars as a way to keep you abreast of all of the latest industry news and information as it happens.

More than 250 members tuned-in to hear Department of Consumer Affairs Attorney, Lil Ann Gray's SCForeclosure Webinar along with the hundreds who wanted to know what the top SCR Legal Hotline issues were. And, since we know REALTORS® are always on the go, we record and archive all of our webinars, so you can always be in the loop ... no matter what time! 

Designations/Certifications:

The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and its affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils provide a wide-range of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.
