SCR Legal Center - Reduce your Risk

Our members have unlimited access to risk reduction tools. The SCR Legal Hotline (800-233-6381) serves REALTORS® with quality advice and information in real time. The Hotline gives members direct access to a qualified attorney who can provide information and advice on real estate laws and related matters.

SCR keeps a Legal Action Fund. The account is used to set precedents affecting REALTORS® statewide and to support members in a lawsuit.

REALTORS® also have access to a unique Professional Standards Program. Mediation is used to settle disputes between REALTORS® or between REALTORS® and clients. Dispute resolution systems settle grievances and enforce the Code of Ethics.
